What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to find parking and your seat. The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm, so please plan to arrive by 3:30pm.

Will there be transportation provided?

There will be a shuttle to and from The Duniway if you are staying at the hotel. Information on timing will be given upon check-in. There is plenty of parking at the venue if you choose to drive. Waverley is located in Southeast Portland along the waterfront, so Uber and other rideshare apps are easily accessible as well.

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later that August 10th, 2025.

What is the dress code?

Our dress code is formal. Please remember, Waverley does not allow denim on property. Men are encouraged to wear a suit and tie and a mid-length or long dress for women. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside, with dinner and dancing indoors.

Are children invited?

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults only occasion, with an exception to children in the wedding party.

Can I bring a plus one?

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests, only those formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will be listed on your formal invitation.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you! We will be serving cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options during cocktail hour. Afterwards, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options will be available for the remainder of the night. However, the welcome event will have a no-host bar.
